Welcome to BELIEVERS FLOURISHING BIBLE INSTITUTE (“BFBI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BFBI is a Florida-based nonprofit ministry and Bible institute. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

BFBI is a nonprofit religious organization that provides Bible instruction, ministry training, educational resources, and related services. Content on this Site is provided for religious, educational, and informational purposes.

5. Donations and Payments

If the Site accepts donations or payments (including tuition, course fees, event fees, or gifts), you agree that all payments are voluntary and made in good faith. Unless a specific written refund policy is provided at the time of payment, donations are generally non-refundable. For course or event fees, refund eligibility may depend on the stated policy for that program.

BFBI may use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details; payment information is handled by our processor subject to its terms and privacy practices.

6. Communications

If you submit a form, register for updates, or contact us, you consent to receive responses and informational messages from BFBI. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link (if provided) or contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and course materials) are owned by BFBI or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only, unless BFBI provides written permission otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without permission.

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, comments, messages, or media), you represent you have the right to submit it.
