There’s need for trained hands to handle the responsibility of nurturing new converts in the various ministries and the doctrine of Christ. BFSM is not a bible school but a training ground for leaders. Every member of the ministry is a potential leader. BFSM affords us the opportunity of being trained in the Word, the vision of the ministry, for the work of the ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ. This is done in our own unique way. This is the highest level of training in the ministry. It offers courses in GS (General Studies), Church Administration, Lay Pastoring and Pastoral courses.
